Reflecting on her own personal story, Allegra shares some of the challenges that neurodivergent people face in the workplace. We discuss how employers may find accommodating to this broad spectrum a challenge, however it is important to keep your focus on creating a space as comfortable as possible, providing personalised support when required and ultimately celebrating this level of diversity that will help your business thrive.
