Today I am interviewing Sarah Harvey who is a leadership, culture and conflict coach.

Savvy conversations are all about creating a re-frame on what might be those difficult and challenging conversations we might have, Sarah shares what they mean and how we can incorporate them into our everyday conversations so that we create a great place to work. Sarah shares 3 core principles, firstly to have the right conversations - this is all about tackling things head on like 'you didn't get that promotion but no one gave you feedback'. Secondly, conversations in the right way - knowing the best approach, what to plan for if you can and finally conversations in the right time, often overlooked but is vital to get the timing right.
